Welcome to the schedule of Billy and Kika’s joyous celebration! We’ve prepared a memorable series of events to mark this special occasion, from the casual “Meet & Greet” to the grand wedding ceremony and the relaxed Beach Party.
Meet & Greet - Thursday 8th August, 2024
This is an opportunity for the wedding party to meet each other and unwind before the festivities begin the following day. ‘Cafe del Arte’ is a special place for Billy & Kika and they would love you to join them on the evening of the 8th August for an informal ‘meet & greet’.
*Unfortunately other than direct family members, no children will be able to attend.
**Food and drink will be provided throughout the evening along with live entertainment.
Wedding Day - Friday 9th August, 2024
Billy & Kika’s wedding ceremony begins at 4pm and you are requested to be at the venue for 3.30pm sharp. The ceremony will be followed by a drinks reception, formal meal with speeches and live entertainment.
*Unfortunately other than direct family members, no children will be able to attend.
Beach Party - Saturday 10th August, 2024
Billy & Kika would love for you to join them as they unwind at ‘The Shack’ beach club in Quinta do Lago. The venue has been reserved exclusively for the wedding party so that we can unwind, enjoy the amazing weather and celebrate.
*Food and drinks are included throughout the day.
**Children are more than welcome to join.
